I'm not your
lawyer. I'm your
navigator.
I've been through the entire federal process — investigation, indictment, arrest, proffers, a two-month trial, sentencing, incarceration, and now appeal. Today I help individuals and families understand what they are walking into, and prepare for it, alongside their attorney.
Your attorney is there to protect your legal rights and chart the legal path. What they are rarely able to do — because they have not lived it, and because it is not what they are trained for — is guide you through the human side: the impact on your family, your career, your mental health, your identity, and your future. That is where I come in.

No fear tactics. No promises I can't keep.
There is a whole industry built around people in your position — consultants selling “white-collar advice” at extraordinary prices, leaning on urgency, fear, and hints of outcomes nobody can actually guarantee. I have been on the receiving end of those calls. I won't make them.
I will tell you what I know, tell you plainly what I don't, and never dress up a hard reality to make a sale. If what you need sits outside what I do, I will say so and point you toward your attorney or someone better suited. Nobody in this process can promise you a result — anyone who does is selling you something.
What I can promise is honesty, preparation, and a straight answer every time you ask for one.
“I've been through this. Here's what I learned. Here's what I wish I had known. Here's what you should be asking your attorney. And here's how you can prepare.”
What you are going through does not have to destroy you. With the right perspective, it can become one of the most empowering chapters of your story — an opportunity for real growth, honest reflection, and meaningful improvement.
Your attorney knows the law.
I've lived the journey.
You may benefit from having both perspectives in your corner.
Non-legal consulting and personal navigation
System Orientation

Incarceration & Reentry
Firsthand perspective on what comes before, during, and after federal incarceration — and how to rebuild after.
I don't claim to have all the answers.
I understand something equally important: what it feels like to not know what is coming next. The uncertainty of an investigation. The shock of indictment and arrest. The pressure of government interviews and proffers. The stakes of plea negotiations. The intensity of trial. The reality of sentencing, incarceration, and appeal.

You may not control the system.
You can control how you prepare for it, how you respond to it, and who you become while moving through it. That is the perspective I hope to provide to every person I work with.
